provide the service(s) (“Service”) that you (“You” or “Customer”) purchase from ImOn. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, the Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”), and any other applicable ImOn policy as each may be amended from time to time. Any new ImOn terms posted on its website shall be effective upon posting and incorporated into all ImOn contracts.
