This Agreement is by and between Illinois Bell Telephone Company d/b/a SBC Illinois (“Telco”) and Advantage Paging, Inc. (“Carrier”) (collectively, the “Parties”) for Facilities used for Interconnection for a paging Commercial Mobile Radio Services provider under Sections 251 and 252 of the Act.
