This Amendment (“Amendment”) effective March 14, 2021, to the Information Technology Research and Advisory Services Alternate Contract Source No. 81141902-VITA-18-ACS (“ACS” or “Contract”), is made by and between the State of Florida, Department of Management Services (“Department”), and Gartner, Inc. (“Contractor”), are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties,” is effective upon execution by both Parties. All capitalized terms used herein have the meaning assigned to them in the ACS Agreement unless otherwise defined herein.
