This Online License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (in case of an individual) or the company or firm or organization/entity which you are a duly authorized representative (“You”, “Your” or “Licensee”) and Tata Consultancy Services Limited (“Licensor” Or “TCS”), and governs your possession and/or Use of the software namely Connected Intelligence Platform V2.2, including its capabilities and Documentation (collectively called the “Software” or “Licensed Material”) which You are requesting to Use. By clicking and/or checking an “I Agree” or any similar button or check box presented with these terms at the time of requesting Use, or by accessing, downloading, installing (or having the Software installed for example, and not by way of limitation, by permitting Licensor to install the Software on hardware owned, controlled, or operated by You), and/or by activating the Software with any associated license key, or using, as applicable, all or any part of the Software
