This limited warranty (hereinafter “Warranty”) specified below applies to LG Energy Solution Lithium-ion battery and the Accessory Component (hereinafter “Products”) manufactured by LG Energy Solution, Ltd. (hereinafter “LG Energy Solution”), purchased by End-users (hereinafter “Buyer”) through an authorized RESU sales channel (hereinafter “Reseller”) and installed by an installer who holds a certificate issued from LG Energy Solution for RESU FLEX Products (“Certified Installer”).
