Standard Terms and Conditions Section 1 (Application of Agreement) Company shall lease a rental car (the "Rental Car") to Lessee, and Lessee shall lease such Rental Car from Company, on the terms and conditions as set forth in these standard terms and conditions (the "STC") as well as those in the subsidiary rules thereto. Any matter not provided herein or the subsidiary rules shall be governed by, and subject to, the applicable laws or trade customs in general. 2. Company may accept special terms, provided that such special terms shall not be in conflict with the principles of the STC and the subsidiary rules, the applicable laws and trade customs in general. In the case where any special terms are agreed, such special terms shall prevail over the STC and the subsidiary rules.
