This agreement (“Agreement”) is made this 21 day of September 2020 by and among the City of Winooski (“City”), the Chittenden Unit for Special Investigations (“CUSI”), and the Chittenden Children’s Advocacy Center (“CCAC”) for the purposes of administering the accounting and financial operations of CUSI and CCAC for any lawful purpose.
