This First Amendment (“First Amendment”) to the Delta View Golf Course Management Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 5th day of October, 2009, by and between the City of Pittsburg, a municipal corporation (“City”), and Delta View Golf Club, LLC, a California limited liability company (“Manager”).
