These Subscription Agreement General Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”), together with the attached Enterprise License Agreement Order Form (the “Order Form”) (collectively, the "Agreement") constitute a written contract between Per Angusta SAS, with offices located at 19, rue Louis Guérin, 69100, Villeurbanne, France ("Per Angusta"), and the party listed as “Customer” in the Order Form. Per Angusta and Customer shall be individually referred to herein as "Party" and collectively as "Parties".
