The HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES COMMISSION (“HHSC” or “System Agency”), for and on behalf of its facility the Kerrville State Hospital (“Facility”), and CITY OF KERRVILLE, TEXAS (“Local Government”), for and on behalf of its Fire Department Emergency Medical Services, each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties,” enter into the following contract for Emergency Medical Services (the “Contract”) pursuant to the provisions of the “Interlocal Cooperation Act,” Chapter 791 of the Texas Government Code.
