This Subordinate Master Agreement No. DO-057-13022930, hereinafter referred to as "CONTRACT," is made and entered into, as of the date fully executed, by and between The Alpha & Omega Group Security Services, Inc., with a place of business at 2930 W. Imperial Highway, Suite 203, Inglewood, CA 90303-3142, hereinafter referred to as “CONTRACTOR,” and the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as "COUNTY," acting through the Orange County Probation Department ("Probation.") CONTRACTOR and COUNTY are sometimes individually referred to as “Party” or collectively as “Parties.”
