This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) sets the terms and understanding between First 5 Sacramento, Department of Child, Family and Adult Services (DCFAS), Department of Human Assistance (DHA), SETA Head Start, Sacramento County Department of Health Services (DHS), their contracted home visiting programs, and the Black Child Legacy Campaign (BCLC) Community Incubator Leads (CILs) participating in the Home Visiting Coordination Collaborative (HVCC) by executing this MOU. The purpose of this MOU is to improve the Home Visiting System serving families in Sacramento by reducing duplication of efforts and increasing the coordination of congruent services that best meet the needs of families.
