This Cable Television Renewal License (this "Renewal License") is made and entered into in accordance with and pursuant to M.G.L. c. 166A as of this 1st day of October, 1999, by and between MediaOne of Ohio, Inc., an Ohio corporation ("Licensee"), and the Board of Selectmen of the Town of Norfolk, Massachusetts, as Issuing Authority, for the renewal of the cable television license originally granted by the Issuing Authority as of October 1, 1984.
