Title: Nurse Practitioner Enterprise Agreement: Community Sector Multiple Enterprise Agreement 2009 Classification: Level 6.1 Usual work location: The Junction Youth Health Service, Club 1225, Level 2, Corner of Cooyong St and Scotts Crossing, Canberra Cost Centre: 170 Usual hours of work: 25 hours per week Position Objective: The Nurse Practitioner will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic support and therapeutic services to young people aged 12 to 25, with a particular focus on young people who are at risk or experiencing homelessness. The Nurse Practitioner will develop partnerships with externalGPs and allied health services, and provide onsite and outreach nursing services.
