This Amendment (“Amendment Four”), amends the Dining Services Agreement dated October 25, 2015 and all Amendments thereto (the “Agreement”) between Texas A&M University – San Antonio (“TAMUSA”) and Compass Group USA, Inc. by and through its Chartwells Division (“Chartwells”) (collectively the “Parties”).
