Test Activity Overview Procedure 1) Test meter endpoints in the field. Using a field handheld tool or device, verify communications with 5 polyphase electric, and 5 residential meters. Connect to the meter with the field device. Verify a reading of kwh and demand can be retrieved. Verify diagnostic information from the MSU network can also be retrieved. 2) Test module endpoints in the field. Using a field handheld tool or device, verify communications with 5 commercial, and 5 residential water meters. Connect to the module with the field device. Verify a reading of gallons can be retrieved. Verify diagnostic information from the MSU network can also be retrieved. 3) Test load management endpoints in the field. Using a field handheld tool or device, verify communications with 5 load management switches. Connect to the switch with the field device. Verify a kW reading can be retrieved from each relay.
