In entering this Contract, the Department relies on the representations contained in the “Non Responsible Party Application for Voluntary Cleanup Contract" of September 14, 2017, and any amendments thereto, by Sigma Family Limited Partnership, which is incorporated into this Contract and attached as Appendix A.
