This SERVICES RESELLER AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the Effective Date which is the date that the last of the parties hereto execute this Agreement set forth above (the “Effective Date”) between Secure Ideas, LLC, a Florida limited liability company located at 3412 Kori Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32257 (hereinafter “SI”) and the Reseller specified below (“Reseller” and together with SI, the “Parties” or individually a “Party”).
