This QA Team on Demand Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of October 1, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Arapahoe County, Colorado (the “ACSO Communications”) and Moetivations, Inc., a Colorado corporation (the “Contractor”). The ACSO Communications and the Contractor may be referred to herein as a “Party” or the “Parties”.
