The purpose of this agreement (the “Agreement”) is to improve the right to information and consultation of the employees in the Danske Bank Group. The powers and competence of this European Works Council, and the information and consultation procedures established accord- ing to this Agreement, shall cover all companies, branches or other establishments in Danske Bank Group located within the member states of the European Union and European Economic Area.
