CURBPAY MERCHANT TERMS OF USENew York • July 29th, 2020
These CurbPay Merchant Terms of Use (these “Terms of Use”) is an agreement by and between Curb Mobility, LLC (dba CurbPay), a Delaware limited liability company (“Curb”), and each business or individual (“Merchant”) that executes and submits a CurbPay Merchant Payment Processing Application (an “Application”) and/or otherwise uses or accesses any of Curb’s equipment, software, services or systems for the acceptance and/or processing of payment transactions (such equipment, software, services and systems, “CurbPay Services”). By submitting an Application and/or using any CurbPay Services, Merchant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use, as well as the Application and any other written agreements or addendums with respect to Merchant’s access to or use of any of the CurbPay Services that are binding on Merchant (such Application and other agreements or addendums, “Supplemental Agreements”).
