This Amendment to the 2025-2030 Employment Contract between the Groveport-Madison Local School District Board (hereinafter the “Board”) and James C. Grube (hereinafter “the Superintendent”) (jointly hereinafter the “Parties”) supersedes any and all prior written instruments between the Parties and shall take effect August 1, 2025, and remain in effect until July 31, 2030.
