This End-User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “License Agreement” or “EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (either an indi- vidual or a single legal entity; hereinafter referred to as “Licensee”) and Winter und Gellweiler – Software Engineering GbR, Alter Schlachthof 39 D2, 76131 Karlsruhe, Germany (hereinafter referred to as “CraftCoders”). This License Agreement applies from the date when the Licensee re- ceives the Software from CraftCoders or a reseller (esp. Atlassian). By installing, copying, downloading or otherwise using the Software, the Li- censee agrees to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement. If the Licensee does not agree to the terms of this License Agreement, the Li- censee may not install, copy, download or otherwise use the Software.
