AGREEMENT NO. 46574 MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING Between the State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyorsand the Wyoming Department of Transportation Purpose: The purpose of this memorandum is to clarify the policy of professional land surveying within the Department of Transportation, as it applies to: preliminary land surveys, right of way plans, legal descriptions, constructions surveying and placement of right of way monuments along boundaries of Wyoming Department of Transportation right of way. Applicability: This memorandum will be in effect and apply to all preliminary land surveys, right of way plans, construction surveys, and placement of right of way monumentsafter January 1, 1993, and shall be in full compliance by January 1, 1994.
