THIS AGREEMENT by and between the United States Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) and Green Diamond Resource Company (Green Diamond) is the first amendment (First Amendment) to that certain agreement (the Agreement) made and entered into as of the 17th day of September, 1992, by and between the Service and Green Diamond’s predecessors in interest, the Simpson Timber Company and its subsidiaries, Arcata Redwood Company and Simpson Redwood Company (collectively Simpson).
