This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is by and between the City of Coweta, Oklahoma (“City”) and the Coweta Board of Education (“Schools”) and replaces any and all prior agreements and understandings between the City (including the Coweta Police Department) and/or the Coweta Public Schools on the subject of school resource officers (“SRO”).
