STORMWATER TREATMENT MEASURESMAINTENANCE AGREEMENT Address: Burlingame, CA 94010 APN: RECITALS This Stormwater Treatment Measures Maintenance Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into this by and between the City of Burlingame (“City”) and (“Property Owner”), the owner of real property described in Exhibit A to this Agreement.
