This End User License Agreement ("User Agreement") is an agreement between you (“User”), as an individual person, executing this User Agreement for yourself and, if authorized, on behalf of a corporation, partnership or other entity (“Entity” or collectively “Entities”) that has purchased and is authorized to use one or more of FI360 or its affiliates’ technology products (hereinafter collectively the “Products”), and FI360, Inc. (“FI360”), a Delaware corporation. By purchasing and/or accessing the FI360 Products you indicate your acceptance of this User Agreement, and, unless otherwise provided for in a separate agreement between FI360 and a commercial enterprise (“Entity Agreement”) through which you have obtained a discount on Products, are making this purchase, or are otherwise accessing the Products, your use of the Products will be subject to the terms and conditions of this User Agreement. To the extent there is any conflict, the separate Entity Agreement shall prevail.
