THIS PERMIT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement"), dated as of the _ day of , 2019 (the "Effective Date"), is made by and between Gotcha Mobility, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Gotcha"), and the city of Flagstaff, a political subdivision of the State of Arizona (“City”). Both Gotcha and City are sometimes hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and, collectively, as the "Parties".
