(hereinafter referred to as “Company”) has hereby established this Special Agreement for Online Settlements by Credit Card to apply when rental vehicle reservations made on the website operated by the Company are paid for with the use of credit cards. Agreement to the terms and conditions listed herein is a prerequisite for online settlements by credit card. Failure to agree to the terms and conditions will invalidate the option of online settlement by credit card on the website.
