(the "Agreement") by and between the Marysville Joint Unified School District, a public school district of the State of California, hereafter referred to as "MJUSD," Yuba County Office of Education, a public school county office of education of the State of California, hereafter referred to as "YCOE," and the City of Marysville, a municipal corporation, hereafter referred to as the "City" (with all parties of this agreement hereafter referred to as "Parties"), and is entered into in light of the facts set forth in the following recitals who agrees as follows:
