THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of October 17, 2016, between the City of Avondale, an Arizona municipal corporation (the “City”), and Clear Creek Associates, P.L.C., an Arizona professional limited liability company (the “Consultant”).
