Pursuant to this Amendment, (the “Amendment”), Preferred Carrier Services, Inc. and Preferred Carrier Services, Inc., d/b/a Telefonos Para Todos and d/b/a Phones for All in Florida, (“Preferred”), and BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. (“BellSouth”), hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties,” hereby agree to amend that certain Interconnection Agreement between the Parties dated November 27, 2002 (“Agreement”) to be effective March 11, 2005.
