WHEREAS the purpose of this Agreement is to establish an orderly collective bargaining relationship between the Employer and all employees represented by the Union, and to encourage a co-operative and harmonious working relationship in the promotion of the highest standards of care and service provided by the Salvation Army (Salvation Army Booth Centre and the Brantford Thrift Store).
