THIS SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between the individual or organization purchasing the subscription ("Customer") and SPARKnit Technologies ("SPARKnit"), and describes the terms and conditions pursuant to which SPARKnit shall provide Customer with access to its System called SPARK Forms Builder ("Service").
