By accepting this Agreement you are consenting to receive any future communications from Colonial Savings F.A. (Colonial) in an electronic format, and we may discontinue sending paper communications unless you withdraw your consent. This consent includes but is not limited to disclosures relating to periodic statements, escrow analysis and 1098 year end statements. These communications will be provided to you utilizing one or more of the following formats: posting a notice on our website, by email, or by delivering a secure message to your online banking inbox which will be accompanied by an email to notify you of the availability of a new secure message. Any such message and / or posting may contain a Portable Document File (PDF) and will be considered to have been received by you within 3 calendar days regardless of whether or not you have logged into online banking during that time frame.
