STADIUM USE AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is entered into and effective as of June 10, 2016 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority, a public body and political subdivision of the State of Minnesota (the “Authority”), and Minnesota Vikings Football Stadium, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“StadCo”). The Authority and StadCo may each be referred to herein as a “Party,” or collectively, the “Parties.”
