ON-CALL CONTRACT FOR CITYWIDE DEMOLITION OF IMPROVEMENTS SPECIFICATIONS NO. 21/22-05May 9th, 2022
Building and Parking Lot Demolition includes building demolition complete, building foundation demolition complete, demolition of the adjacent parking lot(s), and miscellaneous demolition of other structures or items required to be demolished, including, but not limited to all abandoned utilities, piping, fencing, signage, planters, trees, posts, wheel stops, and bollards; and, removal and disposal of all materials. All non-salvageable material will be disposed of off-site in a safe and legal manner as required by all applicable local, State and federal laws; and, all of the aforementioned items will be incidental to the Base Bid lump sum cost. The Work for Building Demolition also includes the removal, abatement and disposal of all hazardous materials identified in Lead-Based Paint Reports and Asbestos Reports conducted for a respective structure(s) to be demolished, in accordance with all applicable local, State and federal laws.
