In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Ames Research Center, located at Moffett Field, CA 94035 (hereinafter referred to as “NASA” or “NASA ARC”) and California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection located at 5500 Price Ave, McClellan Park, CA 95652 (hereinafter referred to as “Partner” or “CAL FIRE”). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
