India is committed to and shall implement, and cause the States of Bihar and Maharashtra ("States") to implement, the Agribusiness Infrastructure Development Investment Program which is an integral part of the Investment Program of the States. Both the Agribusiness Infrastructure Development Investment Program and the investment program are described in Schedule 1 to this FFA.
