This Agreement made this day of , 2023, by and between MAINE STATE HOUSING AUTHORITY, a public body corporate and politic and instrumentality of the State of Maine with a principal place of business and mailing address of 26 Edison Drive, Augusta, ME 04330 (hereinafter “MaineHousing”), and the CITY OF SOUTH PORTLAND, a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Maine with a principal place of business at 25 Cottage Road, South Portland, ME 04106 (hereinafter the “City”).
