The Kensington Fire Protection District, (“Employer” or “District”) and William Hansell, an individual (“Employee” or “Hansell”) entered into an Employment Agreement effective November 11, 2020. District and Hansell now desire to further amend the Agreement as reflected in this First Amended Employment Agreement (this “First Amended Agreement”).
