This Personal Data Processing Agreement (DPA), is entered into by and between Think ABM Technologies Inc. and/or any Affiliate thereof ("Think ABM") and the customer who executes an agreement into which this DPA incorporated by reference, and/or any Affiliate thereof (the "Customer"). In this DPA, the Customer and Think ABM are each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”. The Parties have entered into an applicable Master Services Agreement, Insertion Order or Statement of Work (Master Agreement) that may require either or both Parties to process Personal Data. This DPA sets out the terms, requirements, and conditions on which the Parties will obtain, handle, process, disclose, transfer, or store Personal Data in connection with the Services under the Master Agreement.
