This Interlocal Agreement for a Paratransit Van Grant (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the day of , 2021 by and among Hillsborough County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida (the “County”) and the Hillsborough Transit Authority, a regional transportation authority created under the laws of Florida (the “Grantee”). The foregoing entities individually shall be referred to as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”.
