This Mobile Deposit Service Agreement states the terms and conditions that apply when you use Peoples State Bank’s Mobile Deposit Service (“Service”). By accepting the Service, you agree to all the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and Disclosure ("Agreement"). From time to time, we may amend these terms and modify or cancel the Mobile Deposit services we offer without notice, except as may be required by Law.
