This Vacation Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is for rental of the vacation rental property (“Property”) specified in a confirmed reservation (“Reservation”) for the Property. This Agreement is between: (1) Kingly LLC (“Kingly,” “we, or “us”), acting for itself and for the owner (“Owner”) or the responsible party (“Manager”) of the Property, AND (2) the person who is the responsible renter of the Property (collectively “Renter” or “you”).
