The undersigned (the “Subscriber”), on its own behalf, and, if applicable, on behalf of those for whom the undersigned is contracting hereunder, hereby irrevocably subscribes for and agrees to purchase from the Issuer that number of Class A Preferred Shares of the Issuer (the “Securities”) to be issued for the aggregate consideration set out below (the “Purchase Price”), representing a price per Security of Canadian Dollars $1.00, subject to the following terms and conditions set out in this Subscription Agreement (the “Subscriber’s Securities”).
