THIS INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into effective this day of , 20 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the City of Alpharetta, Georgia, a municipal corporation of the State of Georgia, acting by and through its City Council (hereinafter referred to as “Alpharetta”), the City of Johns Creek, Georgia, a municipal corporation of the State of Georgia, acting by and through its City Council (hereinafter referred to as “Johns Creek”) (Alpharetta and Johns Creek, collectively, the “Cities”), and Forsyth County, Georgia, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia, acting by and through its Board of Commissioners (hereinafter referred to as “Forsyth County” or the “County”). Alpharetta, Johns Creek, and the County are sometimes collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
