This Lenovo International Software and Support Customer Agreement ("Agreement") includes Part 1 - General Terms and Part 2 - Country-unique Terms. Under this Agreement, Customer may order Eligible Products from Lenovo. Details regarding Eligible Products are provided in Attachments, Service Descriptions, Terms of Use and Transaction Documents ("TDs"). This Agreement and applicable TDs are the complete agreement regarding the transaction by which Customer acquires Eligible Products. If there is a conflict, a TD prevails over the terms of this Agreement.
