The ”Agreement” between you (“Supplier”) and the ordering Getronics group company (“Buyer”) (collectively “parties”) comprises: these terms (“Terms”) or Getronics Purchasing Agreement or other Getronics contract; any and all relevant purchase orders requesting or specifying a supply of services or products (“PO”); and supporting terms such as Commercial Terms Contracts (“CTC”).
